5-tone Selective Signalling Standards 

Both radios support 5-tone selective signalling standards, which include ZVEI, Modified ZVEI,French Modified ZVEI, 20ms CCIR, 70 ms CCIR,100 ms CCIR and EEA signaling system, that enhance productivity. These radios also offer users the flexibility to program their own user-defined signalling standards into the radio.

This feature provides added security and safety for individuals who are on remote work sites from their team, as well as for those who workin potentially dangerous conditions. The radio will automatically enter into an emergency mode if the user does not respond to the warning signal after a pre-determined time lapse, thereby alerting co-workers to any potential emergency.

255 channels 

A full 255-channel operating capacity on both theGM339 and GM399 enables the mobiles to accommodate among a vast number of usersand work groups concurrently. Users can program each channel individually for different power output, private line (PL) / digital private line (DPL)for privacy call, memory channel and busy channellock out to enhance communication efficiency andimprove fleet management.
